At Minga London, we want you to love your aesthetic; if your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Minga London tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your generated return label and drop off your package at the nearest authorized collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
